Good morning from a very spooky Magic Kingdom! We’re on our way around the park to see what we can find haunting about!
We started our day at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort where we saw some new props added to the exterior of Kona Cafe. It’s official return is tomorrow, November 1, but it has already soft-opened to the public for walk-ups.
Inside the park at the Emporium, the many faces of Mickey Mouse can be seen on this black pullover for $49.99.
Fancy a good read? Walt Disney’s Mickey Mouse The Ultimate History has got you covered! It’s a pretty thick coffee table book for $30.
This super charming icy blue embroidered Zootopia beanie and mittens set features Nick Wilde and Judy Hopps. Carrots, paw-psicles, stars, and more can be seen on all sides of the hat and gloves. The set is $34.99.
Back by the journals and notebooks, a large and beautifully done Cinderella notebook has plenty of space to write down all your thoughts. A few of the mice can be seen along the bottom getting some thread in order to sew. The notebook is $34.99.
Across the way at Uptown Jewelers, a brand new Disney Skyliner Dooney & Bourke has glided onto the shelves for $298. Mickey and Minnie look like they are on their way to EPCOT.
Slow down, Pluto! Mickey and Pluto are having a grand ‘ole time on the back of this Our Universe jean button up shirt.
Once we made our way into the park, we jumped on PeopleMover to check out some of the action at TRON below, where lamposts were most recently installed. Yellow protective wrap is begin installed on the surrounding walls along the pathway that looks more green everyday with the installation of new foliage.
Inside Star Traders, we noticed signage on the t-shirt wall now read that select tees would be going up to $29.99. One of the many price increases we’ve seen recently at the parks. $29.99 ears are now $34.99 for instance.
A very cute rainbow-lined Stitch is printed on this black cropped shirt at Star Traders for $36.99.
The Walt Disney World Railroad tracks now extend past the shrubbery just outside of the station near the Barnstormer. Most days we can hear the train whistle while it’s testing, but it’s been pretty quiet recently.
A few touchups are being done to the stage / seating area near Pete’s Silly Sideshow. This is usually where they have the Disney Jr. DJ Dance Party for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.
We love seeing the pavement drawings the Cast Members do in the mornings before the crowds come in! We found this Mickey and a very jealous Donald underneath Mickey’s PhilarMagic.
It’s Halloween! We obviously had to stop for a ride on The Haunted Mansion, the day wouldn’t be complete without it.
There are quite a few new Princess pins at Frontier Trading Post including Belle, Snow White, Ariel, Sleeping Beauty, and Jasmine. These pins are $11.99.
Snow White, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Ariel, Belle, and Jasmine are on these framed photo pins that are $14.99 each.
Hiya, Donald! The Donald Duck Candy Corn Sipper is available again at various eateries around Magic Kingdom! We found him hanging out on the windowsill here at Sleepy Hollow.
Back at the Emporium, we found this cute Artisocats Cat Toy. It appears as though Marie is on a little plush macaron.
Look at all those spooky balloons haunting Main Street, U.S.A.!
It was time to hop on over to the resorts. At Disney’s Contemporary Resort, we found this gold Skeleton bottle opener at Fantasia for $19.99.
He looks really cool when his arms go up and down!
We also stopped by the Cast Member pumpkin decorating contest going on just outside BVG. We really loved the one that looked just like the Contemporary, complete with a Sorcerer Mickey!
We then hopped over to Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort to find some new Mickey and Friends “Genuine Mousewear”. White and black shirts and a white pullover are available at Boutiki from the collection.
The shirts are $36.99 and the hoodie is $69.99.
So many spooky activities are happening out on the lawn at the resort this afternoon! An inflatable Trick or treat pumpkins and hay bales are waiting for the fun to begin.
Make a “Spook-tacular” mask at Mouse Mercantile at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort. Crayons and white masks are out for you to creak your own spook!
We stopped by Basin to wash our hands with some of their Pumpkin Sugar Souffle soaps. This smell so good.
Sandy Cove downstairs has a few new DVC member items including a white baseball cap for $29.99, youth “Let the good times begin” dress for $29.99, and rolling luggage for $199.99.
Look at all those stamps! “Welcome home” and a travel-ready Mickey Mouse is on the luggage along with other bright and festive colors.
Thanks for following along today! We’re off to go take part in some of the Halloween festivities!
