PHOTOS: FastPass Kiosk Removal Has Begun at Walt Disney World as Lightning Lane Prepares to Launch

With the impending launch of Disney Genie and Lightning Lane, the removal of FastPass kiosks around Walt Disney World has begun.

All of the FastPass kiosks have been removed in Tomorrowland near Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin.

There’s fresh pavement on the ground where the kiosks used to be. For comparison, the photo below shows all four kiosks before being removed.

While all the FastPass kiosks have now been removed from Disneyland, this marks the first removal at Walt Disney World. The FastPass program is being replaced by Lightning Lane sometime this fall.
