PHOTOS: Trolley Car Cafe Starbucks Opens at Disney’s Hollywood Studios
Discounts:
Tom Corless was at the Trolley Car Cafe soft opening today and took a ton of great pictures! On the corner of Hollywood and Sunset at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, the location officially opens on Tuesday, but today guests are able to enter by obtaining a voucher. Entry is via the patio on Hollywood Blvd., with the exit through the side door onto Sunset Blvd.
The menu is a standard Starbucks menu.
The interior theming is spectacular!
The utensil dispensers even have a Trolley Car Cafe logo.
Not only does the interior look great, the food does too!
These are the vouchers you need to get in for the soft opening. They are handing them out at random on Hollywood Blvd.
The Trolley Car Cafe has several different logos, all of which seem well done.
Jason has been a lifelong fan of the Disney parks since his first visit at age 2. His biennial pilgrimages during his childhood accelerated into semi-annual visits by the year 2000, when he also Joined the Disney Vacation Club. Luckily, Jason’s bride-to-be was also a Disney fan, which allowed his infatuation with the Disney parks to continue, and ultimately culminated in their wedding at Disney's Wedding Pavilion in September 2003. Early in 2007, Jason began his involvement with the planning for what became Celebration 25, the unofficial fan gathering to commemorate the 25th anniversary of Epcot®. Soon thereafter, Jason met Tom Corless at a pin trading meet in New Jersey, and became part of the WDW News Today podcast starting with Episode 17. Jason has been involved with the WDWNT Network ever since, and can't seem to escape no matter how hard he tries.

Curious if they added outdoor seating “around back”?
Hope they do not close starring role café…eventhough I love Starbucks, I missed the old Main Street Bakery, with delicious cakes and pastries, tables and seats…tha same at the fountain view at Epcot…no sitting…just lines…it does not feel like Disney…
they won’t be adding seating. there’s nowhere to even add seating. As far as Epcot goes, you can sit at Electric Umbrella after getting your drinks or eat outside if there’s seating available. i don’t know why it wouldn’t feel like disney.
Is this where a Villains store used to be? Nice to see Pike Place represented. :)
Villains in Vogue and Sweet Spells are still open. If you are headed up Hollywood Blvd from the main entrance, the Trolley Car Cafe on your right as you reach Sunset Blvd.
