- The first Harmonious barge has been removed from World Showcase Lagoon in EPCOT following the end of the Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration.
- New Springtime Menus have debuted as part of the 2023 EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival.
- We’ve got updated construction progress photos of CommuniCore Hall in EPCOT at Walt Disney World.
Disney’s Animal Kingdom
- Walt Disney World has revealed plans for special Earth Day celebrations at Disney’s Animal Kingdom via unique characters on the Discovery River Character Cruise, a limited-time Wilderness Explorer Badge, and the availability of special treats during April.
New Merchandise
- We got the first look at the official rules of gameplay for the highly-anticipated trading card game, Disney Lorcana.
- The new Disney Parks Starbucks Coffeehouse Collection is now available for purchase at the Creations Shop in EPCOT at Walt Disney World.
- Disney has revealed a line of “Indiana Jones” merchandise from a variety of retailers in preparation for the new film, “Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny” that is due to release in theaters this summer.
- Two new leather jackets have been released as part of the new collection and these collectors’ edition items feature a typographical error perhaps making them more rare than originally anticipated.
- New Dooney & Bourke satchels, tote bags, and wristlet wallets designed by Joey Chou were seen on display at the Creations shop in EPCOT today.
- A new cropped t-shirt has arrived at Walt Disney World, paying homage to the Disney Skyliner with the slogan, “Rainbow in the Sky.”
Disneyland Resort
- An opening date has been announced for “Rogers: The Musical” coming to the Hyperion Theatre inside Disney California Adventure.
- All four tiers of Disneyland Resort Magic Key Passes will be on sale again tomorrow, April 11.
- On our latest visit to EnginEAR Souvenirs, we spotted new figurines and pins celebrating Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway, including a pin for the attraction’s surrounding, newly-reimagined land — Mickey’s Toontown.
- Kevin from Disney and Pixar’s “Up” has now arrived at Disneyland as the latest Disney Big Feet Plush.
Tokyo Disney Resort
- As part of the 40th Anniversary celebration underway across the Tokyo Disney Resort, a new “Disney Harmony in Color” daytime parade debuted yesterday.
Entertainment and Media
- Star Wars Celebration 2025 will officially be held in Japan from April 18 through April 20.
Disney+
- Star Wars: The Bad Batch will return in 2024 for its third and final season.
- A new preview for the second season of Lucasfilm’s “Star Wars: Visions Volume 2,” has been unveiled by the company.
- The upcoming Disney+ film “Peter Pan & Wendy” has a new official trailer ahead of its April 28 release.
