The “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs” ear headband pays homage to the first animated feature film of the same name.

The richly detailed ear headband features two sequined ears – one with the many woodland creatures seen in the film and the other featuring Snow White sitting on the forest ground with two rabbits and a chipmunk. The bow is designed after the capped sleeves on her dress with a jeweled red apple in the center. The headband itself is trimmed in bright red and has an ice-blue interior.

“The Band Concert,” from 1935, was the first Mickey Mouse film produced in color. The Loungefly mini backpack resembles Mickey as he appeared in the short film, wearing a red uniform and holding a conductor’s wand. The backpack design is reminiscent of the outfit that he wore in the animated short.

“The Band Concert” is a 1935 animated short film produced in 3-strip Technicolor. While the film was the 73rd to feature Mickey Mouse, it was the first film to feature him in color. “The Band Concert” tells the story of a small concert band conducted by Mickey Mouse which struggles through a distraction-filled public performance at the park. Mickey, Donald, Goofy, and Clarabelle are all featured in the historic film.

The 1920s Decades Collection inspired by “Steamboat Willie” was released this past February. A Dooney & Bourke collection inspired by “The Band Concert” is also available, recently hitting shelves at Walt Disney World.
