With the kickoff of the Disney 100 Years of Wonder celebration at the Disneyland Resort, Cast Members are sharing their Disney connection with new Disney100 name tags.

The tags, which were revealed earlier this month, replace where the Cast Members come from with the name of their favorite Disney character.

The process for these new name tags began back in August 2022, when surveys were sent out to Cast Members with “hundreds of characters.” For those who didn’t submit their selection before the deadline, Mickey Mouse was automatically assigned.

The color scheme for the Disney100 name tags is platinum silver, white, and gray. The anniversary logo appears at the top in front of an outline of the top of Sleeping Beauty Castle.

A trail of silver stars runs from the top down to the right side of the tag. The bottom reads, “Where Wonder Comes to Life.” The names of both the Cast Member and the character are in dark purple. Earlier this week, we learned that the most popular character selected was Stitch.

The name tags will be worn throughout 2023. But don’t look for them on Black Spire Outpost, as Cast Members in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge will continue to wear their themed name tags.
