Good morning from EPCOT!
After we arrived, we made our way over to World Showcase to check in on the aftermath of the fire that occurred last night at America Gardens Theatre.
Crews were in the process of cleaning up the affected area when we arrived. Scrim was placed over a small portion of the railing above the amphitheater.
As we made our way around the lagoon, Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure had only a 15 minute posted wait so we had to hop on!
Since we were close by the BoardWalk, we decided to go check in on progress over at Cake Bake Shop. The planters that previously surrounded the shop are now down but not much else is visible.
Construction further down along the BoardWalk has completed also, as the pavement along the entrances to the shops and restaurants has been updated and the pizza window is back open.
Over at the Tea Caddy in the UK Pavilion, a new Alice in Wonderland Sketchbook ornament features bread and butterflies in a Mickey shaped glass sphere.
Just across the way, we noticed The Toy Soldier had reopened!
It’s been quite some time since we’ve seen this shop open, and we were happy to see it was full to the brim with UK merchandise including 101 Dalmations, Peter Pan, and Mary Poppins.
We hope we can meet Winnie the Pooh here again soon!
At Port of Entry in the World Showcase promenade, the Disney x Vans collaboration lines the wall, and the new shoes are also available here!
Back at Creations, we looked up and noticed our favorite purple dragon in his cooking best is missing from the top shelf.
New Rebels, Stormtrooper, Wookies, and Imperial team Star Wars apparel has made its way into Creations Shop. It gives a varsity feel, especially given the fall season. Which team are you on?
Spaceship Earth Ears are finally back in stock! We haven’t seen these since last year and they were flying off of the shelves as we walked up.
We hope you have a sweet tooth! New characters gummies are available at Imagination Pavilion including Finding Nemo Strawberry Gummy Fish, Tow Mater fruit punch gummy tires, and Joy mango gummy drops.
Sadness also has blue raspberry gummy drops and even Joe Gardner has some strawberry gummy pizza.
Two new limited release Disney Designer collection pins are available at Pin Traders featuring Cinderella and Rapunzel.
As we made our way around The Seas pavilion, we noticed some workers at Journey of Water: Inspired by Moana with a scale model of the coming area!
A new engravable ID tag station is now at The Seas Pavilion near the merchandise.
Is Cool Ship finally being refurbished? Planters were erected around the space last week but today we noticed the sign missing and some of the interior pulled out. What is happening here?
After a quick run on Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, we stopped in at Treasures of Xandar to see the Eye of Agamotto has been restocked along with Thanos’ Infinity Gauntlet.
As we made our way out, we saw a new shaded seating area has been set up near the side of the attraction so guests are no longer having to wait along the curb at the exit to the ride.
