Teriyaki Chicken Bun: Steamed Bun filled with Chicken, Vegetables, and Teriyaki Sauce – $7.50
Inside of this delicately prepared bao bun is a good amount of shredded chicken tossed in a sweet teriyaki sauce. The menu description claims there’s vegetables in there, but there’s far more chicken than vegetables—and that’s a good thing in our eyes! There’s a lot of value here in the relatively large portion for the price, especially in EPCOT Festival terms. It’s a tasty and safe bet for this year’s festival.
*NEW* Takoyaki: Octopus, Green Onion and Cabbage Bites topped with Tonkatsu Sauce, Bonito Flakes and Nori – $8.50
This dish cuts easy but has a weird texture, kinda mushy and starchy. It’s more of a fritter with a bit of octopus inside. The octopus is pretty flavorless. We won’t go out of our way for this one again.
*NEW* Spicy Salmon Donburi: Spicy Salmon with Sushi Rice, Shiso Leaf, Red Tobiko and Rice Pearls – $8.75
The salmon has a nice soft texture and is definitely high quality. There’s nothing chewy or too fishy, it’s the perfect sushi taste. The tabiko gives it a nice crunch and the rice is well cooked. This one is a win in our books!
Yuzu Lemon Drop: Vodka, Yuzu and Lemon – $8
This drink smelled wonderful. It has the edge of a real tart lemon, with a sweet hit from the yuzu. You can taste the vodka as well. It was served from a slushy machine but came out liquid. Overall, this is a great drink.
*NEW* Hana Fuji Apple Sake ($12/bottle) – $8
From Takara Sake USA Inc.: “HANA Fuji Apple lives up to its name with an appealing aroma that fulfills its promise on the palate with the crisp tartness of a delicious Fuji apple. The lovely lingering finish continues the taste of rich apple flavor. Its low alcohol makes it a fine aperitif, either straight up or on the rocks.”
*NEW* Orange Blossom Brewing Co. Moon Blossom Pilsner, Orlando, FL (5.5% ABV) – $5 for 6 oz., $9 for 12 oz.
From correspondence with Orange Blossom Brewing Co., Moon Blossom Pilsner was brewed exclusively for the festival and has “hints of red bean, honey, and rice.”

Your definition of the word “meal” is very different than mine. This looks more like an appetizer and shot of vodka. This is what most people would eat BEFORE their actual meal. And let’s not even talk about the price because that’s the disgusting part…
