Disney Vacation Club will reopen sales for The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa today, March 3, 2022, for current members. Prices generally begin at $207 per point, which matches the prices of Disney’s Riviera Resort and Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas. They drop to $186 each with a purchase of 200 points or more and $174 with a purchase of 1000 or more.
There are no discounts for purchases of 25 to 124 points. Beginning at 125 points, Disney Vacation Club members can save between $8 and $33 off each point. These savings will drop slightly after March 30, 2022.
Discounts effective today:
- 125-149 points: $8 off
- 150-174 points: $10 off
- 175-199 points: $13 off
- 200-249 points: $21 off
- 250-299 points: $22 off
- 300-499 points: $28 off
- 500-999 points: $31 off
- 1000+ points: $33 off
Discounts effective March 31:
- 125-149 points: $5 off
- 150-174 points: $6 off
- 175-199 points: $9 off
- 200-249 points: $17 off
- 250-299 points: $18 off
- 300-499 points: $24 off
- 500-999 points: $26 off
- 1000+ points: $28 off
These discounts are set to remain until June 1.
For new buyers, sales will open on March 31, 2022. Non-member pricing has not been announced.
The first 500 Disney Vacation Club members to purchase 125 points or more at Disney’s Grand Floridian will receive a complimentary travel set. The set is valued at $350 and includes a duffel bag, canvas drawstring bag, canvas pouch, and luggage tag.
The new resort studios at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort are scheduled to open in June.

That luggage set looks great, but $350 value? That luggage set is actually the “Origaudio Muted Green Arlington Bundle Arlington MSRP: $134.99 USD” which is sold by promotional merchandise companies that custom print any company logo onto generic merchandise. It seems that for a lot of the “giveaways” Disney has been giving (e.g. the reusable straws for Disneyland Magic Key holders, they’re just using generic promotional items instead of using their usual “in house” manufacturers.
Luggage set lacks any type of Disney of GFV spark. Couldn’t they come up with something a little more exciting?
