A red velvet whoopie pie has arrived at Disney’s Hollywood Studios for Valentine’s Day weekend. This treat can be found at the Trolley Car Café (Starbucks) through February 14.
Red Velvet Whoopie Pie – $5.29
Red velvet cake filled with cream cheese buttercream topped with strawberry buttercream
This cake is perfectly moist and soft throughout.
Together with the sweet strawberry, Valentine’s Day sprinkles make an extra cute photo op.
The cream cheese buttercream is sweet but has a tang that cuts through the sweetness of the cake.
A dollop of strawberry buttercream on top needs a bit more strawberry flavoring, but when eaten with the actual strawberry, it’s perfect.
Edible glitter covers the strawberry piece, adding a crunch to the treat.
All in all, we highly recommend this whoopie pie. We ate the whole thing, so maybe buy two if you want to share with your sweetheart.
