Schematics have been leaked online for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, coming to EPCOT next year. These come from Devon Seery’s design portfolios (editor’s note: the portfolio pages have been removed since the time of publishing).
“Sausalito” is the codename for the project. The Guardians’ ship was the Milano. Get it?
This first image shows the old Universe of Energy building. Guests will enter through doorways on the front, then make their way through the queue to the left. They will view the Galaxarium, experience the pre-show, and then load the attraction in the center of the building. The trains will then launch and return through a tunnel off the righthand corner of the building. The attraction exit is on the right side.
The other three schematic images show the actual coaster inside its gravity building, which is separate from the old Universe of Energy Pavilion. The ride enters many tunnels and jumps through “wormholes” like in the Vol. 2 film.
This image shows an upper view of the coaster. The tunnel at the bottom left is where trains will enter and exit.

is there more then just load and unload in the old UOE building? Looks like this could make the ride longer
Not really, just the queue and break room and such.
images have been removed from his portfolio. great find
very cool
Looks like a good coaster
Amazing how they cram it all in a building.
“Guardians of the Galaxy” IP doesn’t belong in EPCOT in the first place.
