Cast Members in Magic Kingdom are once again sprinkling guests with pixie dust at Sir Mickey’s in Fantasyland.

Cast Member Phoenix also showed us the new 50th anniversary wand used for pixie dusting.

  1. Starting to look like to me that Disney decided that they would celebrate the 50th by mostly selling special merch. Sure there’s a new fireworks show in MK. EPCOT’s is really just their new show in general. Planned new attractions were just retasked to have opening dates during the “celebration” window. No new parades or shows for the 50th. Really just merch and food, and some cosmetic makeover to each main park’s weenies. Heck, I’ll even say it, the 25th castle cake took more effort and was a better attempt to celebrate an anniversary than what Disney has been doing so far the 50th. And don’t give me covid as an excuse. They chopped their own income by leading the crazy covid shutdown games that if they were truly concerned they would have kept their parks closed.
