The holiday season is taking over Disneyland Paris from November 13, 2021, to January 9, 2022. The celebration will have a new parade, plus the return of “Disney Illuminations” and much more. Check out all the details below.
Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, and Stitch will appear in holiday attire at both Disneyland Paris parks. Santa Claus himself will also appear at both parks through December 25.
After years of development, “Mickey’s Dazzling Christmas Parade!” will debut.
The parade is composed of five floats, featuring Mickey and his friends, Disney Princesses, Santa Claus, and Tinker Bell.
Each of the floats will represent an idyllic Christmas scene with traditional decorations, and parade performers will be dressed in luminous costumes specially designed for the occasion.
200 new costumes were created for the parade.
“This new Parade is a surprise because there is a daytime version and it becomes a new show come nightfall with hundreds of thousands of lights that illuminate these floats and tell a new story,” said Emanuel Lenormand, Show Director at Disneyland Paris.
Watch a video about the parade below.
A tree 24 meters high and weighing 24 tons with 1,000 decorative objects will greet guests at the front of Disneyland Park. It will snow more than a dozen times a day on Main Street, U.S.A.
