Universal Orlando Resort is testing a new virtual queue system for Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure. This system is different from the virtual queue we tried in June of last year when physical distancing was a must and Team Members say it will be testing for a week.

The Virtual Line does not appear to be available through the app right now, but the webpage can be found online.

Before making a reservation, a tutorial will take you through the steps.

Right now, Hagrid’s is the only attraction available. The virtual reservation will include a return time for the attraction.

You will then have a QR code to show the attraction’s Team Member upon arrival.

Before making a reservation, guests will need to make an account or log in.

After logging in, we were able to select our party size.

The “checkout” process seems to imply the virtual queue will eventually be for purchase instead of free.

Virtual Line is only available to guests on Universal Orlando Resort property. You will need to turn on location services to access the reservation system.

Of course, reservations filled up quickly, and none were available by late morning.

Team Members told us that at most, guests with a virtual queue return time should only wait 20 minutes in a physical line. If a guest cancels their return time, it is made available for other guests.
