Universal Studios Hollywood reopened in mid-April, giving us our first good look at construction of Super Nintendo World since it began in August 2020. We already have a pretty good idea of what it will look like since the land opened at Universal Studios Japan earlier this year.

It’s hard to get a good look at the details of construction, but we can see the upper layers of the land past Jurassic World.

More has been added to the tower structure on the left.

As we saw last time, tents and materials were moved to the center of the construction site.

It seems basic structural shapes are being installed first, and then more theming will start to appear.

Any word yet on the opening date? Hoping for a 2022 or sooner date.
