It’s been a rough couple of weeks for José Carioca, the parrot member of The Three Caballeros at Gran Fiesta Tour in EPCOT. After falling over, being covered in spare props, and then being removed, the animatronic returned to Gran Fiesta Tour last Friday.
We rode the Gran Fiesta Tour ourselves recently to see the parrot in action.
He’s now firmly attached to the stage, and looks to be in good condition except that his mouth wasn’t moving.
Hopefully, his frozen mouth is a simple fix that we won’t see again. Watch our video of José on the ride below.
I really hope they fix him properly so that he doesn’t go the way of the yeti…😟 He’s one of my favorite animatronics.
