Disney fans and Funko Pop! fans are in for yet another surprise as more Disney Parks attractions are being added the to the line of vinyl collectibles. YouTube personalities Nerd Therapy posted a photo on Twitter which shows that a Splash Mountain themed Funko Pop! may be released August 25th featuring Br’er Rabbit and Br’er Bear. No sign of Br’er Fox in this image, however we can only hope for more Splash Mountain Funko Pops! in the future.

Br’er Rabbit and Br’er Bear originally appeared in the 1946 Disney film Song Of The South, which inspired the story, characters, and music for the attraction. Splash Mountain opened at Disneyland Park on July 17, 1989 and has been included in almost every other Disney Park around the world.
Last year at Epcot 35, Disney released exclusive Figment Funko Pops! which almost immediately sold out, so if you really want a Splash Mountain one, it’s best to get in line early.
According to Nerd Therapy on Twitter, these Funko Pops! will be available at Disneyland Park in the Disneyana Shop on Main Street, and also in Critter Country. The full details have not yet been confirmed, however keep on eye on WDWNT.com and we will update you on this story.
