Paradise Pier Hotel Transformation Into Pixar Place Continues With More Repainting and Pool Construction

Exterior painting continues at the Paradise Pier Hotel. This is the hotel’s fourth rebranding since its opening in 1984.

The fun-in-the-sun themed hotel is slowly being painted over with white paint. This side of the hotel has added more paint since our last check-in.

Recently, it was announced that the Paradise Pier Hotel will soon become Disney’s Pixar Place Hotel.

The Paradise Pier Hotel logo can still be seen at the entrance, underneath an awning.

Since the pool is closed due to construction, lifeguards are available to shuttle guests via golf cart to the Disneyland Hotel pool.
