First Look at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel 2022 Gingerbread Display and New Gingerbread Souvenirs

Disneyland Resort has released a first look at this year’s gingerbread house in Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, as well as a list of holiday treats that will be available at the resort and two souvenirs that will be available in the parks.

The “Grand” Gingerbread House will be on display beginning November 14. This giant gingerbread replica of the hotel is a holiday highlight and a can’t-miss stop in the lobby. Standing 7 feet tall and 12 feet wide, the structure is created from more than 600 pounds of gingerbread, 600 pounds of powdered sugar, 250 pounds of fondant, 1 pound of pixie dust, and features 25 hidden Mickeys.

A limited-edition snow globe pin featuring Chip ‘n Dale will be available and the GCH Holiday Cart will have the following treats:

  • Holiday Cookie Box
  • Assorted Macarons (New) 
  • Kwanzaa Sweet Potato Loaf (New)

  • Hot Chocolate 
  • Hot Apple Cider (Available with Bailey’s Irish Cream, Captain Morgan, Grand Marnier, or Rumchata)
  • Waffle Shot (Available with milk, low-fat milk, chocolate milk, or eggnog) 
  • Waffle Shot (Available with Bailey’s Irish Cream, Captain Morgan, Grand Marnier, Rumchata, Amaretto, Butterscotch Schnapps, Rumple Minze, Crown Royal Apple, Skrewball Whiskey, Fireball Whiskey, Louis the 13th

In Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure, guests can grab the gingerbread Mickey ear hat bowl and gingerbread bottle topper. Gingerbread treats will also be available in the parks, like the Mickey gingerbread man.
