Video captured a child running onto a moving float from Mickey’s Celebration Cavalcade in the Magic Kingdom.
The video, which was posted to the Walt Disney World Reddit channel, shows the child running up the steps to see Pluto. A parade performer quickly scooped up the child and deposited them onto the sidewalk in the Town Square section of Main Street, U.S.A. As of the writing of this article, it’s unclear as to whether any further action was taken, though the matter seems to have been handled with little incident.
Mickey’s Celebration Cavalcade was introduced last year to celebrate Walt Disney World’s 50th anniversary. Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Donald and Daisy Duck, Goofy, Pluto, and Chip and Dale appear on the cavalcade float, all wearing their EARidescent outfits. You can watch the full cavalcade in our video below.

Careful, WDWNT is going to turn into inside the magic where the news is based on reddit posts instead of original reporting.
Referencing social media is pretty normal, completely making up facts is a little different.
How dare the young vagabond disrespect Walt’s legacy in this way?!
Disney needs Barricades put up during the parades . Then no one is getting through!
My children are in their 20s presently, and they would have never done that as little ones. They knew to stay with us on the curb and watch the parade go by. The incident is not surprising after the kid who climbed the pyramid at the theme pool at Coronado Springs, or the adults who climbed down by the water at epcot to smoke cigarettes. No respect for boundaries.
I’m surprised this doesn’t happen more often…even more surprised no one’s been injured.
Throw him in jail
