New Pinocchio’s Daring Journey Wishables Plush Available at Walt Disney World

A new limited release series of Wishables plush inspired by “Pinocchio” — and specifically the Pinocchio’s Daring Journey attraction at Disneyland — has arrived at Walt Disney World.

As with all Wishables series, there is one plush available outside of the mystery bags. With this series, it is Jiminy Cricket.

Limited Release Pinocchio’s Daring Journey Wishables Mystery Bag – $14.99

One bag contains one of four possible plush.

There is likely a chaser plush or two, as well.

The possible plush listed on the bag are Pinocchio, Geppetto, the Blue Fairy, and Figaro.

  1. Pinocchio’s Daring Journey features outdated Native American statue stereotypes.

    To the wdwnt, I don’t know if you’re aware, but on the ride Pinocchio’s Daring Journey, while in the Pleasure Island section, right above Honest John and Gibbons, there’s a sign called Tobacco Row and there are 2 Native American chief statue stereotypes with headdresses. Also, Pinocchio’s Journey features animal cruelty with 2 donkey boys in cages which makes me uncomfortable. Also, there’s creepy clowns featured on the ride not appropriate for families.

    Is Disneyland planning on retheming Pinocchio’s Daring Journey? Because if so, they need to investigate the ride and make changes to remove the Native American stereotypes.

    Please write an article about Could Pinocchio’s Daring Journey ride get rethemed. I think we need to talk about it because I’m partially Native American myself.
