UPDATE: Second Test Cruise for Disney Wish Cancelled

Following the cancellation of the Disney Wish’s first test cruise which was set to begin today, the second test set for June 24 has also reportedly been cancelled.

Sources indicated to us that the Disney Wish is facing a number of challenges, with the ship not quite ready to set sail.

Although the Disney Wish arrived at Port Canaveral earlier this week, the ship has already faced a number of delays related to supply chain issues and the continuing COVID-19 pandemic. Other test sailings are still scheduled, and the Maiden Voyage of the Disney Wish is set for July 14, just over three weeks away.

  1. You should take down this post or update it because the test cruise did leave as originally planned. I’ll be happy to provide you with a photo or video for your blog to document.

      • The cruise is at Castaway Cay right now. I see instagram posts from crew members on the island there right now.

        • The boat is there, it’s not a “cruise”. People are still working on it, there are no guests, invited or otherwise. The test cruise mentioned, did not happen. The boat simply left without taking on any of the invited people.
