COVID-19 Notifications Simplified on Walt Disney World Website

The Walt Disney World website now only displays one notification about COVID-19 instead of three at the top of each webpage.

covid warnings

The remaining notification reads:

COVID-19 Warning and Information

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. View important details.
Review health and safety measures, including face covering information, operational guidelines and park reservation requirements. Learn more.

The links lead to the Know Before You Go page and Park Pass reservations page. Above the notification, you can click “Hide” to temporarily hide it (it will appear every new time you visit the site).

Previously, there were also separate notifications about face covering requirements at Walt Disney World and “Important Information about Walt Disney World Resort” that said health and safety requirements were subject to change and that some experiences may be modified.

Walt Disney World Resort has mostly returned to normal operations as they were before March 2020.

  1. Just hit the “hide” button right as you click on the link and you will be good to go. No reason it should even be on the web site anyways.

  2. Good to see WDW back to normal. No stupid CDC guidelines anywhere. No masks, no social distancing. Feels like 2019 again I’m sure.
