Orlando International Airport will open their new South Terminal C starting on September 19, 2022.
The terminal will open over the course of two weeks starting on that date. It was originally scheduled to open in July.
“Phase one will accommodate between 10 and 12 million annual passengers, both international and domestic, and it allows us to increase that capacity and reduce pressure currently felt in the north terminal complex which I’m sure many of you have seen,” said Kevin Thibault, CEO of the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority.
Orlando International Airport recently announced that face masks are now optional throughout the airport.
