Large Cranes Move Into Journey of Water Inspired by ‘Moana’ Construction Site at EPCOT

Two large yellow cranes have moved into the construction site for Journey of Water Inspired by “Moana” at EPCOT.

The cranes are one of the few things in the site visible over construction walls.

Unfortunately, we didn’t see the cranes in action today.

From the Monorail, we could see a lot of construction materials among this cluster of concrete structures.

Crew members were working on some large tubes.

Concrete now encases some of the walls of the newest structure at the site.

There are several stacks of wood around this structure.

There is a trench in the ground past that structure.

A blue construction vehicle is now parked near the trenches and the structure in the ground.

Journey of Water Inspired by “Moana” will be a walkthrough attraction with interactive water features. There is no announced opening date.
