Justin Bartha to Reprise Role as Riley Poole for ‘National Treasure’ Disney+ Series

A “National Treasure” spinoff series is coming to Disney+, and one of the film franchise’s stars is officially returning. Deadline confirmed that Justin Bartha will reprise his role as Riley Poole.

In the films, Bartha’s character played the computer whiz friend to Nicolas Cage’s Ben. The upcoming series focuses on newcomer Jess (Lisette Alexis) as she uncovers the truth about her family and attempts to save a lost Pan-American treasure. The role of Riley Poole will play in the series is unknown, but he is being classified as a “guest star.”

A first look at the cast was released earlier this year.
