It’s possible that guests may have to wait even longer to trek up the forbidden mountain on Expedition Everest.
Previously, the Walt Disney World webpage for the attraction had claimed that the attraction would be closed at Disney’s Animal Kingdom through mid-April, but that language was removed from the website today, now leaving the timeframe open-ended.
Back in February, the refurbishment was extended through April 30. The attraction closed on January 4 for an extended refurbishment, though with this change, it’s very likely that could be stretched even further.
