One of the new spring dishes at Walt Disney World this season is a marinated pork flatbread, now available at Kusafiri Coffee Shop & Bakery in Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
Kusafiri is located in the park’s Africa area.

Marinated Pork Flatbread – $10.49
Marinated pork topped with cucumber-tomato salad, harissa aïoli, greens, and served with house-made chips
This was delicious. The flatbread was soft and just slightly crispy on the edges.
The pork was tender and well marinated. It was easy to bite into.
The cucumber-tomato salad on top added a burst of freshness and the aïoli brought a soft kick of spice that complemented everything.
The portion size and ratio of ingredients were great, too.
The chips were also nice and crispy.

You can promote all the food you want, but as long as Disney requires a park pass reservation, I will no longer visit. Just like I won’t go to all the rigamarole of making dining reservations. Human bodies are not machines that can predict with accuracy when hunger will strike. Disney has sucked the very joy out of spontaneous discoveries and therefore I will take my business elsewhere.
