A “Play in the Park” collection Mickey Balloon ear headband has floated into Magic Kingdom. The Play in the Park series has a new whimsical design. We first saw the look debut at Disneyland, but the collection is beginning to arrive at Walt Disney World.
Play in the Park Mickey Balloon Ear Headband – $34.99
The headband features blue and yellow Mickey balloon-shaped ears. The ears light up!
Each balloon features a tiny Mickey head, just like the real thing.
We found the headband at Bwana Bob’s, a kiosk in Adventureland.
The Play in the Park logo is on one side of the headband. “Play” and “park” are colorfully embroidered.
To light up, the headband includes 6 AG13 button cell batteries. The battery panel is accessible via screwdriver if you need to replace the batteries.
Rubber studded grips line the velour interior of the headband. This gives it a better grip as the ears are very heavy. The back of the ears do not have Mickey on the balloon.
The Disneyland version is identical. Most pieces in the Play in the Park collection feature the resort name, but the ears are the same on both coasts. You can pick it up on shopDisney as well.
