Disneyland President Ken Potrock Commemorates ’22 Days of Inclusion’ with Cast Members with Spanish Lesson from Resort Ambassador Nataly Guzman

As Disney celebrates 22 days of inclusion this month with Cast Members to commemorate the addition of Inclusion as a core key of the Disney Parks philosophy, Disneyland Resort President Ken Potrock recently took to Instagram with Disneyland Resort Ambassador Nataly Guzman for a short Spanish lesson.

The reel features the duo in a short lesson as Guzman teaches Potrock to say “Thank you for making the magic” in Spanish as a thank you to the Disneyland Resort Cast Members.

Disney added “Inclusion” as its fifth Key in September 2020, joining the four previous — safety, courtesy, show, and efficiency — as core philosophies of operations at the Disney Parks.
