It was just announced that the Festival of Fantasy parade will return to the Magic Kingdom on March 9 and the Maleficent Dragon float is set to return with it.
Rumors previously indicated that the fire-breathing float would not return, but fans will be glad to hear that Maleficent will prowl the streets of the Magic Kingdom once again.

See. Don’t believe those rumors. But as for the performers well it may take some time for all the performers to return or get ready. But I heard their hiring.
I’m so glad that the parade is finally returning! I was definitely concerned about the news of the dragon’s disappearance, but I’m glad that the parade will come back in all of it’s former glory! Let’s hope that there are also as many performers as before…
