Greetings from the Universal Orlando Resort. It’s a beautiful day to be here in the parks, so let’s get going and see what’s new today.
Construction walls covered in minions now surround the former Shrek 4-D attraction. In addition to the attraction being removed from the park map, we also noticed several signs had been removed from around the queue. It didn’t take long for Universal to start taking this attraction down.
The park is getting ready for Rock the Universe, and a stage is now being set up near Central Park Crepes.
New Magic Candle Company candles are available at Spongebob Storepants. They’re $20 each and smell amazing.
It’s beginning to look a lot like Halloween in the prop shop. Many of the scarecrows from the Scarecrow Stalk are now for sale.
A new mosasaurus plush is available around the parks. This Jurassic World Universal Studios plush is $30.
Leftover Holiday Tribute Store medallions can be found in the Mulberry Street Store in Seuss Landing and the Port of Entry Christmas Shoppe.
The All Hallows Eve Boutique has started to get a makeover for Mardi Gras. Doctor Samedi has arrived!
Pressed penny collectors will be happy to find a machine with new designs is available at Island Market and Export. Take a closer look at the designs in our post here.
We stopped into the Lost Continent to have a chat with Professor Baxter and Taylor. They’re always fun to talk to and a great addition to the area while Poseidon’s Fury is being refurbished.
