Fully Vaccinated Universal Orlando Resort Team Members No Longer Required to Wear Face Coverings Beginning Tomorrow

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) recently announced masking guidance changes for Orange County, Florida. Under the new guidance, fully vaccinated individuals no longer need to wear face coverings indoors. Universal Orlando Resort — which is located entirely inside Orange County — has updated its face covering policy for Team Members.

Effective Wednesday, November 17, fully vaccinated Team Members are no longer required to wear face coverings. The change applies whether the fully vaccinated individuals are onstage, backstage, indoors, or outdoors.

Team Members who are not fully vaccinated must continue to wear face coverings at all times.

Guests at Universal Orlando Resort are recommended to wear face coverings indoors, but not required.
