It’s not just Walt Disney World theme parks where you can find 50th anniversary treats. There are plenty of celebration items at Disney Springs, too, including at Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew.
Everglazed has a limited-time 50th anniversary donut, and Annual Passholders can get a discount.
50th Anniversary Donut – $5.50
This donut was well-made. The donut was perfectly cooked with just the right amount of doughy-ness and moisture.
The vanilla buttercream on top has the right amount of sweetness without taking over your tastebuds.
It’s heavy on the sprinkles, as it should be. The crunch of the sprinkles—especially the large pearls—is wonderful.
The decoration on top is basically just paper and is terrible. We wish it was at least a white chocolate medallion, even though those can be hit or miss, but it fell flat compared to the rest of this excellent donut.
Overall, we liked this donut and prefer it to the one from The Donut Box at EPCOT. Which would you try? Let us know in the comments.
