New England Lobster Roll: Warm Lobster with Fresh Herb Mayonnaise and Griddled Roll – $8.50

A hefty price tag here, thanks to the lobster. Fortunately, in the last year, EPCOT moved from a lobster salad to actual lobster chunks. That’s both a positive and a negative. Positive, because yes, it’s real lobster, and when you get a nice bite, it’s a pleasant surprise. Negative, because your roll may only have a small portion of the pricey protein. It’s a gamble, for sure, but potentially a really tasty one.

*NEW* Hot Beef Sandwich with Horseradish Cream and Pickled Vegetables – $6.50

This is trying to be a cheesesteak and halfway succeeded. The “hot” is as much about the temperature as it is about spice.

Between the horseradish and the jalapeños, there is a lot of kick, and it, unfortunately, overpowers the beef.

Overall, this is not a bad option, but it’s a lot of burn to handle.

Freshly Baked Carrot Cake and Cream Cheese Icing – $4.50

This carrot cake is served warm and with a delectable cream cheese icing on top. The flavors match a proper carrot cake, and we feel this dessert is safe for even the pickiest of eaters. At the price, you can’t go wrong.

*NEW* 81Bay Brewing Co. Strawberry and Lime Wheat Ale, Tampa, FL (5.4% ABV) – $5.00 (6 oz) / $9.00 (12 oz)

From correspondence with 81Bay Brewing Co.: “With a fresh aroma and a sweet flavor of strawberries and limes, 81Bay’s Strawberry lime What Ale is a perfectly balanced combination of fruit flavor and crisp taste.”

*NEW* SweetWater Brewing Company Hazy IPA, Atlanta, GA (6.2% ABV) – $5.00 (6 oz) / $9.00 (12 oz)

From SweetWater Brewing Company: “We endowed this straight-up juice bomb with a double dry hop of Mosaic, Citra, El Dorado and Azacca for a blast of mango, stone fruit, lime, and pine. It’s not a mirage, but a tasty refreshing oasis in your pursuit of haziness.”

*NEW* Lord Hobo Brewing Boom Sauce DIPA, Woburn, MA (7.8% ABV) – $5.00 (6 oz) / $9.00 (12 oz)

From Lord Hobo Brewing: “Boomsauce is a big & bold IPA with a complex hop profile. With five different hops, it hits you with strong tropical fruit flavors before mellowing out to finish with a hint of earthiness. Each subsequent taste opens up the dynamic layers of complexity woven throughout this beer. Imagine fresh-pressed fruit without the sweetness, perfect for that Saturday afternoon pick-me-up or a late-night gathering of friends.”

*NEW* Bold Rock Roast Coffee Hard Cider, Mills River, NC (4.7% ABV) – $5.00 (6 oz) / $9.00 (12 oz)

Bold Rock says their Roast Coffee Hard Cider “features a medium roast coffee infusion that adds subtle complexity to this cold brewed hard cider. A rich coffee aroma and balanced flavor will rejuvenate cider and coffee drinkers alike. Sessionability abounds…”

*NEW* Longevity Chardonnay, California ($26/bottle) – $5.00

Longevity Wines says their Chardonnay is “rich, complex, well rounded and full of ripe fruit and crisp acidity. This wine bursts with aromas of apricot, pineapple, Asian pear, as well as sweet vanilla and butterscotch.”

*NEW* Tribute Cabernet Sauvignon, California ($15/bottle) – $5.00

Tribute Wines describes their Cabernet Sauvignon as “opulent and bold with aromas and flavors of cassis, blackberry, black cherry, and ripe plum that give way to earthy notes, tea, vanilla bean and shaved dark chocolate. Well-integrated tannins build to a long, velvety finish.”
