The Rotunda Bistro, one of the seven new marketplaces featured at this year’s EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, is preparing to open officially for the start of the festival tomorrow, July 15.
Cash registers have been setup just outside of the main entrance of The American Adventure.
Just past the doors inside, napkins and utensil dispensers sit on a bar/service area.
Further into The American Adventure Pavilion, in the rotunda, tables have been placed throughout.
The menu here will feature fresh seafood and produce options, like a Chilled Smoked Shrimp Salad and Wild Mushroom and Truffle Tart with Gruyère and Crème Fraîche.

HELL NO! Can not believe the desire to make an extra buck would be more important than the scar this puts on such a majestic space.
I agree. This is a dumb idea. Whoever made this bad decision doesn’t care about the parks or the guests, only the money. Walt would be disappointed .
Oooohh money money money
Such a DISGRACE for a SPECIAL Venue!!!
Pathetic. So much for the Voices of Liberty adoring the halls with music. Anything for a buck.
I can’t express how much I hate this idea.
How is this even real… Extremely sad.
wont be stopping in at all, I do not like any type sea food and the rest of the menu doesnt sound very good either. Not wasting my money on that
What??? Where is Voices of Liberty?? Very disappointed and unhappy with this.
Dear Mr Chapek money isn’t everything!
The fact that the door attendant made you finish your food and beverage before entering the rotunda always made it feel like hallowed ground. The Voices of Liberty added to the feeling of awe within the pavilion, and now, they’ve made it into another money-making kiosk… That’s just sad…
Seems deliberately insulting and callous and can’t imagine how the wear and tear will ruin the space. Very insensitive for a company that makes no move without intense forethought of ramifications.
Man, Disney looks more pathetic with each move it makes. Taking over this iconic spot for VOL and just to take a nice quiet break is the latest in nonsensical moves. Disgrace.
