Disney Cruise Line was supposed to run a “simulation sailing” out of Port Canaveral, Florida last month, but delayed the cruise due to “inconsistent COVID-19 test results.” That test cruise is back on, and the Disney Dream will be setting sail this weekend.
The test cruise is hosting volunteer Cast Members to test out the new health and safety protocol per guidelines set by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
This is a step Disney Cruise Line is taking toward resuming normal operations.
