Fans no longer have to wait, as the Castle of Magic Dreams is nearly complete, and is ready to greet guests when Hong Kong Disneyland reopens on June 18. A series of photo updates and screenshots come from Twitter user @CyberbbLawrence revealing the castle’s facade as the park prepares for its imminent reopening:

The castle is still flanked on the sides with scaffolding, so it seems there are still some final touches being added.

When completed, the castle, replacing Sleeping Beauty Castle, will feature details inspired by thirteen stories featuring Disney Princesses and heroes, including MulanBraveMoana, and Beauty and the Beast. It will also serve as home to outdoor stage shows and a new Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique.

  1. The word garish doesn’t even begin to describe the appearance of this castle. It looks like all the princesses threw up and this is the result.
