Once open, this location will be the one Beatrix (owned by Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises) location in Florida, finding its new home at Disney Springs’ West Side.

Their menu consists of healthy options, including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options alongside freshly-squeezed juice cocktails for you to sip in the Florida sunshine.

While Beatrix strives to be your neighborhood coffee bar, restauran,t and grab-and-go marketplace, it will also have a bakery and full-service bar. Executive Partner and Divisional President, Marc Jacobs, explains “Beatrix represents the way people are eating today – it’s that mix of health and comfort. Whether grabbing a cup of coffee and your favorite pastry, or having a cocktail, lunch, or dinner with friends, it’s your neighborhood meeting place.”

No opening date for Beatrix has been announced as of yet, but stay tuned. As construction walls are now up around Bongos Cuban Cafe, my excitement (and hunger) have gone through the roof! We’re sure that Beatrix is going to become a staple in Disney Springs once open.

Are you looking forward to what it has to offer?
